Carlson was selected to provide design/build construction services for Chicago Tube & Iron’s new 360,00 square foot corporate headquarters. The two-story facility, which contained 38,000 square feet of Class A corporate, IT, training and administrative office spaces, was constructed of precast concrete, masonry, glass and steel. Dynamic architecture showcases many of CT&I’s products within the exterior elevations and office elements. High-quality finishes and attention to architectural detail distinguish the offices as a corporate headquarters and reflective of the company’s culture.

The project schedule was fast tracked and phased to accommodate the opening and relocation of the new facility in thirteen months. This required the careful coordination of all aspects of the project including design and construction through equipment installation.
