rate rental apartment units. The 4 story development also includes
24,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space.
Homewood Mixed-Use (Homewood, IL)
Carlson Construction is currently working on a new mixed-use development. The project consists of ground floor commercial and 36 residential apartment units. The 4-story building will have 3 studios, 24 one-bedroom units, and 9 two-bedroom units.
Gila River Housing (AZ)
Carlson Construction and joint venture partner, CPLC, started phase 1 of the Gila River Indian Community Housing Development located in Sacaton, Arizona. The first phase consists of 93 single-family homes with 3,4, or 5 bedrooms. The entire project will be a total of 750 homes.
