Carlson was selected to provide construction management at risk services along with design and engineering partner Holabird & Root Architects for the new 48,143 square foot science building for the University of St. Francis. This facility will house the private universities expanding life sciences program by utilizing the state of the art features and equipment implemented into the lab space within the building.

This building includes Class A administrative & faculty offices, large and small meeting rooms, eight labs, large scale lecture hall, instrumentation rooms, cold rooms, instrumentation rooms,  research libraries, student commons areas as well as a large green roof top event place and pre-function gathering space.
