Carlson was selected to provide design/build services for the new 65,000 square foot King Sykes Advocate Medical Office Building located in Chicago, IL. This building features an outpatient clinic, immediate care center, ambulatory care services, diagnostic imaging and MRI suite, a lab, physical theory, physician offices, exam rooms and central waiting area seating.
This facility houses medical personal with a well-rounded balance of physician practice specialties, communications infrastructure and equipment to service a large urban geographic area with a high population density. It was designed with a shared medical appointment methodology and epitomizes the new era of healthcare.
